Terra Hill Developer, Sunway Development, is a subsidiary wholly owned by Sunway Holdings in Malaysia.  The property arm of Sunway ventured into Singapore in 2007 and has been making headways on many fronts.  In a press conference in January 2020, Sunway disclosed that the company would be launching properties worth almost RM 3.5 billion in gross development value in 2020 and 70% of that would be in Singapore.  Despite being a Malaysia-based company, its growth strategy has largely focused on its property development business in Singapore.
